The Regional Association for Security and Crisis Management
(RASEC)


is a voluntary, non-governmental, and non-profit professional association, established in 2015 for an indefinite period, with the aim of achieving goals in the field of security and crisis management.

RASEC is a scientific and professional association established out of the need to create a strong, organized, and professional platform in the field of security and crisis management in the region. From the very beginning, RASEC’s vision has been to bring together experts from all areas of security, united in their efforts to improve standards and practices in this important field. Through its activities, RASEC strives to build a more resilient and safer environment in which every individual, organization, and community has the necessary resources and knowledge to face challenges across all areas of security.

In its scientific and professional work, RASEC operates in accordance with:

1. The principles of academic integrity, ethical conduct, and objectivity.
2. The principles of professional independence and expertise.
3. The promotion of scientifically grounded approaches, methods, and practices.
