The Regional Association for Security and Crisis Management
(RASEC)

is a voluntary, non-governmental, and non-profit professional association, established indefinitely to pursue goals in security and crisis management.
Founded in 2015, RABEK grew out of the need to create a strong, organized and professional platform in the field of security and crisis management in the region.
From the very beginning, our vision has been to bring together experts and enthusiasts from various security segments to work together to improve standards and practices in this important field. Over the years, RABEK has become recognizable as a leader in the field of security and crisis management.

Through its actions, RABEK strives to create a more resilient and safer environment, in which every individual, organization and community has the necessary resources and knowledge toface challenges in these key areas.

Monitoring scientific thought and practical solutions in the field of security and crisis
management, and the development of innovations. Integrating practical solutions in the field of security and crisis management with the development of innovations aimed at effectively responding to contemporary challenges, risks, and threats.

Strategies, Laws, Standards

Proposing, developing, and implementing policies, strategies, laws, and standards of the Republic of Serbia, regional, European, and international organizations in the field of security and crisis management;

Monitoring best practices in the field of security and crisis management.

Education

Development, organization, and execution of programs for extracurricular professional advancement of citizens, members of professional services, professionals in commercial entities,
and personnel in relevant government agencies, as well as members of international organizations for effective prevention and response in crisis situations.

Knowledge Transfer

Encouraging and contributing to the development, transfer, and application of contemporary scientific and experiential knowledge through the professional training of its members and other participants in achieving human, national, and social security.

Professional Networking

Connecting and associating the professional and creative potentials of individuals engaged in security and crisis management roles; collaborating with governmental and non-governmental
sectors in the field of security and crisis management.

These events are designed to respond to the dynamic needs of both professionals, citizens and organizations in these vital areas, providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to face the challenges of the modern world. International forum “Safety For The Future”

The international forum ,,SAFETY FOR THE FUTURE” is a platform for the exchange of knowledge in the field of security and crisis management. Bearing in mind that science must be applied in practice and that practice must be grounded in science, scientists and professionals have been brought together to exchange knowledge and experiences.

The International Forum ,,SAFETY FOR THE FUTURE” was conceived in 2015, when it was held for the first time, and since then it has been held continuously in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

The forum is open to the design and organization of other events in accordance with the development of security and management science, challenges, risks and threats in real systems and the need to solve security problems.

The international forum ,,SAFETY FOR THE FUTURE” is visited by a large number of people from the world of science, public administration, academia and business.
