The Regional Association for Security and Crisis Management
(RASEC)


is a voluntary, non-governmental, and non-profit professional association, established in 2015 for an indefinite period, with the aim of achieving goals in the field of security and crisis management.

RASEC is an association born out of the need to create a strong, organized, and professional platform in the field of security and crisis management in the region. From the very beginning, the Association’s vision has been to bring together experts from all areas of security in joint efforts to improve standards and practices in this important field. Through its activities, RASEC strives to create a more resilient and secure environment, where every individual, organization, and community has the necessary resources and knowledge to face challenges across all areas of security.

Monitoring scientific thought and practical solutions in the field of security and crisis
management, and the development of innovations. Integrating practical solutions in the field of security and crisis management with the development of innovations aimed at effectively responding to contemporary challenges, risks, and threats.

Strategies, Laws, Standards

Proposing, developing, and implementing policies, strategies, laws, and standards of the Republic of Serbia, regional, European, and international organizations in the field of security and crisis management;

Monitoring best practices in the field of security and crisis management.

Education

Development, organization, and execution of programs for extracurricular professional advancement of citizens, members of professional services, professionals in commercial entities,
and personnel in relevant government agencies, as well as members of international organizations for effective prevention and response in crisis situations.

Knowledge Transfer

Encouraging and contributing to the development, transfer, and application of contemporary scientific and experiential knowledge through the professional training of its members and other participants in achieving human, national, and social security.

Connecting and associating the professional and creative potentials of individuals engaged in security and crisis management roles; collaborating with governmental and non-governmental
